Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Pillsbury thin pizza crust
1 bunch of diced green onion
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of monterey jack cheese
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
1-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large ziploc bag, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, red and black pepper, garlic, and green onion. Then cut the chicken into cubes and place in marinade for at least 30 minutes. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken with the marinade for eight minutes. While cooking the chicken, cook pizza crust for 7-8 minutes (follow crust directions - no toppings at first). Then remove chicken but leave sauce in frying pan and add cornstarch/water mixture to thicken sauce. Once sauce is thick, add the chicken and stir. Place chicken mixture over half baked pizza crust and then the cheeses and bake for the remaining time shown on pizza crust directions (11-12 minutes).
