10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
3 qts. water
1 lb. Rotini
5 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli in boiling water until al dente, 3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Bring water back to boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Drain. Combine pasta with broccoli and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve hot. Makes 2 qts.
