1 peck ripe tomatoes
3 red sweet peppers
6 bunches celery
1 tsp. pepper
2 qts. diced carrots
3 green sweet peppers
12 ears of corn, cut off
5 qts. water
2 heads cabbage, shredded
12 onions, chopped
1 c. canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put in large kettle and boil for five minutes. Put in hot jars and pressure can at ten pounds of pressure for 30 minutes. Fill quart jars leaving one inch open from top of jar.
