1/3 c. Butter
1/4 c. Onion
1/4 c. Green Pepper
1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Worchestershire
10 oz. Can Crab
3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Buttered Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter in saucepan over low heat. Add onion & green pepper & cook until tender. Blend flour, salt, & pepper. Stir into butter mixture. Add milk stirring constantly until sauce is smooth & thickened.
Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. cheese & crab. Spoon into casserole dish or shells. Blend remaining cheese w/ breadcrumbs & cover the mixture. Bake @ 325º 15-20 mins
