2 cups cooked, strained sweet potatoes
2 cups cream or rich milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes with cream, sugar, beaten eggs and spices and beat 2 minutes. Pour into deep pie tin that has been lined with pastry dough. The mixture may be heated before putting in pie tin.
