3 eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 T flour
8 T salted butter, melted
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk 3 eggs. Beat in sugar and flour. Stir in butter, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle pecans on crust.
Bake at 275º for 1 hour or until brown and set.
Use 1 10 inch crust.
