Enough for two meatloaves.
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
¼ C. grated onion
¼ C. horseradish
1 tsp. yellow mustard
2 eggs
1 C. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
½ C. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients with hands, except ketchup. Pack into two well greased loaf pans. Cover tops with ketchup. Bake at 350º for one hour.

This was my grandmother's recipe that she used during the Great Depression when the price of ground beef was so high, they used pork sausage as a filler to keep the cost down. Today, pork sausage costs much more than ground beef, but this recipe is still the family favorite.
