2 cups All-bran
2 cups of boiling water
1 cup cooking oil
2 1/2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 qt buttermilk
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
4 cups crushed bran flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a 6 quart stainless steel kettle. Pour the 2 cups All-Bran over boiling water. Mix together the cooking oil and sugar and add to bran mixture. Beat the eggs and add the buttermilk and add both to the mix. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and bran flakes and add to mixture. Store in the fridge until needed.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
