2 lbs. carrots, baby carrots work well
1 can tomato soup
1/4 t. mustard
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 green pepper, diced
2 small onions, diced (or suit your taste)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice carrots, cook about 20 min.; drain and cool
Mix together soup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, green pepper, onions, oil, and salt. Add carrots and mix well. Refrigerate. Serve cold. Will keep in refrigerator up to two weeks.
