Crust
1/2 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour

Filling
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Topping
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
4 Cups Apples (Peeled and Sliced)
1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Crust
Cream Butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour to make the pastry dough. Line bottom and 1 1/2" on sides of a 9" springform pan with pastry dough.

Filling
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Pour into pan.

Topping
Combine all topping ingredients and arrange the apples over the filling.

Bake 10 minutes in a 450º oven. Reduce oven to 400º and bake for another 25 minutes. Filling will continue to set while cooling.
