20oz can crushed pineapple
1small box of instant pudding ( butterscotch)
8oz low fat sour cream
8 oz cool whip
9 inch pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare store bought pie crust according to directions.

Drain pineapple then sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple and mix well. Fold in sour cream and cool whip and put into crust. Put in refrigerator three to four hours before serving
