1 ½ lbs beef stew meat
1 ¼ cups chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

14 oz tomatoes with liquid
3 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp sugar

½ to 1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in 3.5 quart slow cooker. Stir well to coat beef and onion with flour.

Stir tomato, bouillon and sugar together in bowl. Pour over beef mixture. Stir and cover.

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Spoon off half a cup of juice into bowl and add sour cream. Stir. Pour back into slow cooker. Stir before serving.
