2 cups fresh bread crumbs
3/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper
2 eggs
2 pounds ground chuck
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup catsup (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare crumbs, onion, and green pepper.
2. Heat oven to 400 degrees
3. In a large bowl, beat eggs with fork, lightly mix in meat, crumbs, onion, and green pepper (handle meat as little as possible). Add horseradish, mustard, milk and 1/4 cup catsup. Combine lightly but well.
4. Shape meatloaf into oval in baking dish.
5. Spread with 1/2 cup catsup.
6. Bake for 50 minutes.
