Crust:
1 Cube Butter
1/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
1 C Flour
1/2 C Walnuts, chopped

First Layer:
1- 6 oz or 8 oz pkg Philadelphia© Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 C Cool Whip©

Second Layer:
1 small pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 small pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups Milk

Top Layer:
Cool Whip©

Directions:
1. Cream together the crust ingredients and put in 9X13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º F. Cool.
2. First Layer: Mix together cheese and sugar and fold in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
3. Beat second layer ingredients with egg beater until thick and creamy. Put on top of cream cheese layer. 4. Top Layer: Spread cool whip on top (I buy an additional tub of cool whip) Sprinkle chopped nuts over cool whip topping. Refrigerate.
You will love this dessert. Sometimes I use sugar free pudding with fat free milk and light cool whip. It helps with calories and you cannot taste the difference
