2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts. Mix with other
ingredients (soup, onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt). Spread in casserole dish. Top with craker crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350* for 45 to 60 Minutes or until hot and bubbly.
