Crepes:

★ ¾ cup plain flour 1 tbsp. oil
★ 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. sugar
★ 2 eggs ¼ tsp. salt

Crepe filling:

1 8 oz. pack frozen asparagus, cooked and chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Sauce:

1 ½ cans cream of chicken soup
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of ground nutmeg
Topping:
Mayonnaise
Whipping cream
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix chicken and asparagus
2. Combine half of sauce with chicken/asparagus mixture and spoon 2 tbsp of filling on each crepe.
3. Fold each side of crepe over filling and place in pan. Spoon remaining sauce over crepes.
4. Top with 1/2cup Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees F
For 25-30 minutes.
5. In bowl, whip ¾ cup whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold in ¾ cup mayonnaise. Spread over crepes and top with ½ cup parmesan cheese. Broil 3-4 inches from heat until golden brown.
