2 1/2 cups of self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1 oz. red food color
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. white vinegar

Preheat oven 350º Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 3-9 inch cake pans. Cook 20 minutes until done. Cool Cake,

ICING
1 1/3 Margarine softened
1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese
1 box Confectionery Sugar
2 Cups of pecans

Combine butter, cream cheese, sugar and mix well, add 1 1/2 cups of pecans.

Frost cake. Use remaining pecans to sprinkle on top of cake.
