4 - 1 inch thick pork chops
salt and pepper
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 slices lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chops in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread each with a paste made by combining sugar and mustard. Top with lemon slice. Squeeze juice from lemon ends into baking dish and add 1/4 inch of water. Bake in moderate oven until tender - about 1 hour.
