2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup wesson oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups grated carrots
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to first mixture. Add grated carrots. Add the water if mixture is very dry. Line cake pans with waxed paper. Batter is thin.
Bake at 350º for about 50-60 minutes.
