5 lbs ground meat
5 tsp Morton Tender Quick
2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp coarse pepper
2 1/2 tsp hickory smoke salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well and place in fridge.
Next day take out and knead well, return to fridge.
REPEAT THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 3 DAYS, placing back in fridge each time.
Next day take out and make into rolls (approximately 3 to 4 inches by 8 to 9 inches) and place on cake racks on a cookie sheet.
Cook for 8 hours at 180º.
Turn rolls over at approximately 4 hours.
Let cool a little but best right out of the oven.
Store leftovers in fridge.
