2/3 C Acini De Pepe Soup Macs
20 oz can Crushed Pineapple
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 C Sugar
1/4 pkg Miniature Colored Marshmallows
2 sm cans Mandarin Oranges
8 oz Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macs as directed, drain. Drain pineapple in strainer - save juice. Mix eggs and sugar. Add pineapple juice and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour over cooked macs. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add marshmallows, pineapple and oranges. Fold in Cool Whip.
