Ingredients:  
2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup slivered toasted almonds
1 tbsp minced parsley or dried parsley
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 chicken broth (use broth from boiled chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
In a small bowl combine Miracle Whip and broth. Stir into chicken mixture.

Serve on large lettuce leaves as a salad or serve on plain or toasted bread for a sandwich.

Recipe can easily be double or tripled.
