Ingredients:  
1/2 c purple onion, diced
1/2 c green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c red bell pepper, diced
1/2 c celery, diced
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, finely shredded
2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
3 tbsp ranch dressing
1/2 c Miracle Whip
1 bag (10 oz) chili cheese Frito corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn.
Mix ranch dressing and Miracle Whip together.
Mix all ingredients except Fritos in a large bowl. Chill for a couple of hours.
Add Fritos just before serving.
Makes 10 - 12 servings.
