2 baked pie shells
1 quart of fresh strawberries (washed, sliced and drained)
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups of water
1 small box strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn starch and water together. Cook until thick and translucent. Add 1 small box of strawberry jello. Let mixture cool. Place berries into baked pie shells. When cool pour over berries and top with cool whip when serving.
