½ C Mayonaise
2 TBS Flour
3 Eggs beaten
⅓ C. Chopped Green Onion
½ C. Milk
1 C Crab Meat (picked through to remove any shell)
½ LB Shredded Swiss Cheese
¼ LB Little "salad" shrimp (precooked ones)

Line a 9" Quiche pan with pastry and trim off edges. Place a piece of buttered aluminum foil, buttered side down over pastry. Cover foil w/a layer of dried peas or beans. Bake at 400º for 10 min. Remove foil and peas. Prick shell and bake 3-5 more min. cool

Combine mayo, flour, eggs and milk, mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, shrimp, cheese and onion. Spoon into quiche shell, and bake at 350º forr 30-40 min or until firm in center.
