1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 T butter
16 oz frozen corn
2 cups salsa
1 can chicken broth
1 t chili powder
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 t cumin
1 cup milk (or something kinder to Dani's system)
white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add ingredients except cream cheese and bring to boil. Stir in softened cream cheese. Serve with corn bread or tortilla chips.
We add cooked chicken.
