1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 cup milk
2 tomatoes sliced
3 eggs
3/4 c. bisquick baking mix
1 c. shredded cheese

I personally like to add sliced black olives to mine also.

pre-heat oven 400º

Grease 10" pie plate 1 1/2 to 2" deep.

Cook and brown ground meat and onions, drain. Stir in seasoning mix.



Spread in plate: top with chilies.

Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth.

Pour into plate.

Bake 25 minutes at 400º

Remove from oven top with tomato slices and cheese. Return to oven bake until knife come out clean. . . about 8 to 10 more minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes.

This is a recipe off of Bisquick box back in the 60's if I remember right. Always tastes great.

The box recipe suggests: Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese if desired.
