2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup butter, soft
1 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450*.
Stir together all ingredients until soft dough forms.
Turn on to lightly floured board and gently pat into circle so dough is about 3/4" thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter or floured glass.
Place with edges touching on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 min. or until fluffy and set.

Personal Notes:
I bake mine at a lower temp. 350*-375* for about 15-20 min. Good warm.
