Ingredients:  
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 eggs separated (save both whites and yolks)
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 Milk
1 1/2 cup Flour
Flavoring: 1 tsp of either vanilla,almond or lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Sugar and Butter.
Beat in egg yolks slightly
Add Cream,Milk, Flour and extract.
Fold in 2 beaten egg whites.

By teaspoons but into krumkake iron and bake.
