4 cups of cooked cooled rice (must be cold)
4-5 green onions chopped
3-4 eggs scrambled
2 cups chopped ham
2 cups chopped chicken breast pieces
2 cups cooked shrimp
peanut oil
soy sauce

Directions:
Stir fry rice in peanut oil; when heated through add green onions continue to stir fry; add eggs continue to stir fry; add ham, chicken and shrimp continue to stir fry; when all is heated through add soy sauce and stir fry until blended.

The secret to this dish is to make the rice ahead of time and put just a little less water so the rice is not mushy. It must be cold to stir fry or it will stick together. Given by Misao Barbara's brother Larry's first wife.
