2 egg whites
1½ C sugar
¼ t cream of tartar
1 T light corn syrup
1/3 C water
¼ lb marshmallows
½ square unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, syrup and water in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water; beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Scrape pan occasionally. Remove from heat; add marshmallows. Beat until thick enough to spread. Frost top and sides. Swirl melted chocolate over top.
