4 eggs, beaten slightly
3 cups zucchini, sliced
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pie crust

Mix all ingredients together, adding zucchini last. Place in prepared pie crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350º
