3 medium bell peppers, chopped and seeded
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
5 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 medium red onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 10-oz cans Snap-E-Tom
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. Take about 2 cups of mixture, put in blender and pulse for about 12 seconds; stir all together. Chill. Serve topped with garlic croutons or dollop of sour cream if desired. Keep refrigerated. Will last for several days.

Great on hot summer days. Grandma Great always had this in her fridge when we visited in the hot summer. It was yummy...no cooking and healthy!!
