2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 9x13 pan or 2 round cake pans. Bake at 325ºfor 35 - 40 minutes.
