1/3 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
3 Lg. Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lemons and grate rind. Cut lemons in half and juice them. Mix butter, sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice in pan. Over low heat, stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Add slightly beaten eggs and cook slowly. Continue stirring until mixture covers wooden spoon. Pour into small jars and cool. When cool refrigerate.
