8 oz. cream cheese
4 cups hot mashed potatoes (mash with 1 stick margarine or butter)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Whip together the above. Put in 2 ½ quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be prepared ahead of time, and put in oven when needed.
