4 whole chicken breasts, skin removed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 T. butter, divided
1/2 cup white wine
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Saute in 4 T. butter until golden. Pour wine over chicken, cover, and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Remove liquid from skillet and reserve. Add remaining 2 T. butter to skillet and saute onions until tender. Stir in sour cream, olives, and reserved liquid. Heat but do not boil. Pour over chicken and garnish with chives.
