4 oz of elbow macaroni, or pasta of choice
1 c. lightly cooked peas
6 oz can of Tuna
1 c. Velveeta cheese
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. of finely chopped onion
1 c. of thinly sliced celery
Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta per package. Drain and chill. Add other ingredients except peas. Stir in mayo to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold in peas. Keep cool till you serve. May be served on bed of lettuce.

This is a classic. We used to have it once every few weeks or so when we were growing up. I have seen it made with other cheeses besides Velveeta but it's just not the same.
