1 lb. beef, top round, sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp white wine
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 – 1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp ginger root, grated
2 carrots, julienne sliced
4 green onions, cut 1” pieces
rice, cooked

Directions:
Partially freeze beef and julienne slice. Removing any fat as you go along. Set aside. Reheat wok and add oil. Stir fry garlic, dried peppers, and ginger root for approximately. 30 seconds. Add carrots and stir fry for a minute. Remove all from wok. Place beef in wok and stir fry. Return all ingredients to wok and add sauce stirring until thickened. (For Sauce: stir soy sauce, wine, water, cornstarch and sugar together). Serve over rice.
