2 package spinach
1/4 cup. minced onion
1/4 cup. butter
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon. garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Spoon spinach that has been thawed and squeezed of the excess moisture into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Saute' onions and mushrooms in butter, sprinkle with garlic powder.Layer on top of spinach and top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees 20 min.
