1 pkg ground turkey about 1lb.
1 pkg McCormick chili seasoning
1 can Rotel
4 15oz cans tomato sauce
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can chili beans
1 can mushrooms
1 cup frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey in a stew pot. Drain beans and mushrooms while turkey is browning. When turkey is done add 3 cans tomato sauce, seasoning packet, and rotel. Stir well. Then ad the bean, mushrooms and corn. If needed add last can of tomato sauce to thin. Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve over fritos with colby jack cheese if you like.

Even though you can eat this right after making it, it is much better the next day when all the flavors have mixed. I fyou like it hotter, use hot Rotel and McCormick Hot chili seasoning.
