1 (8 oz.) package manicotti shells
1 pound cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells in salted boiling water, as directed on box. Combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese, salt and breadcrumbs. Place mixture into drained shells or cut noodles in half crosswise and roll around the filling. Spread some of the sauce in the bottom of a small oblong baking dish and lay filled shells on it. Put rest of sauce over the top. Extra Parmesan may be sprinkled over the top. Bake in oven 350° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
