3 C broccoli
1/4 C onions chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C sour cream
1 C sharp cheddar cheese
1 C shredded carrots
1 tsp flour
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 package stove top stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli and onions for 5 minutes, drain and set aside
In a casserole dish mix soup, sour cream, flour and carrots. Fold in broccoli and cheese. Mix melted butter and stuffing mix and sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 minutes @ 350°
