Greens - Romaine Lettuce
3-4 Chicken Breasts (cooked & cut into small pieces or omit for regular salad)
1 Avocado - Diced
1 Apple - Diced
1 - 11oz Can Mandarin Oranges - Drained
1/2 cup Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese Crumbled
1/4 Cup Dry Cranberries (Craisins)
4 Green Onions - Chopped
1/2 Cup Sugared Almonds - 3tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp butter & 1/2 cup sliced almonds.

Dressing:
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley - Chopped
1/4 cup Veggie Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together & add chicken.
Sugared Almonds - Stir sugar, butter & sliced almonds together over low-medium heat until ingredients start to turn golden brown. Pour out onto wax paper & let cool.
Add almonds toss salad with dressing at the last minute.
