1 (1 pound) beef flank steak
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 to 2 shakes of hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil

Horseradish Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

In a large flat bowl combine lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper sauce, vinegar and oil and stir. Add steak and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and up to 8 hours. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate.

Drain and discard the marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium-hot heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired temperature. Thinly slice steak across grain; serve with sauce.
