Ingredients:  
1/4 c butter
1 lb portobello mushrooms sliced or diced
1 1/2 cups port wine
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 c chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms with butter in large skillet over medium heat until tender
Stir in wine and simmer until liquid has reduced by 1/2
Stir in cream and simmer until sauce becomes a thick gravy. Stir in basil and serve
A decadent steak sauce also great for dipping french bread if mushrooms are diced
