3 oz. cream cheese softened
2 sticks butter softened
1c. sifted flour
1c. sugar
2 eggs separated
Pinch of salt
1t. vanilla
1c. chopped pecans
1c. raisins
Confection Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cream cheese with one (1) stick of butter. Add flour a little at a time until well blended. Pinch off dough to make 24 balls the same size. Spray miniature muffin tin with on-stick spray. Press dough balls onto bottom of and up sides of muffin cups.
Cream remaining stick of butter with sugar. Add 2 beaten egg yolks, salt and vanilla, blending well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cream mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins. Fill unbaked tart shells with mixture. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Remove and dust top with confection sugar.
