3 Chicken Breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can evaporated milk
1 can jalapeño peppers
1 can enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook (Boil or microwave) Chicken, Cool
Shred Chicken set aside
Add together in mixing bowl soup, milk and peppers. Add Chicken
Cut tortillas into triangles using a pizza cutter
In casserole dish spread half of the chicken mixture. Layer half the tortilla slices on top. Pour half the can of enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat all four layers.
Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
