1 c. cocoa
6 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate
3/4 c. boiling water
1-3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1-1/4 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 T. vanilla
5 eggs
1-1/2 c. Daisy sour cream
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
powder sugar as needed

Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray. Mix cocoa and chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour boiling water over chocolate and stir to melt. Let stand to cool (about 2-3 minutes). Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs to the butter mixture and mix well. Fold the sour cream in to the cooled chocolate mixture. Combine the sour cream mixture, flour mixture, and butter mixture and blend. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powder sugar and serve. May be served with whipped cream
