1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

1&1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir over medium heat the first 5 ingredients until thickened...approximately 12 minutes.

Add coconut and pecans and beat until thick enough to spread.
